How do I change the phone number on my DraftKings account? (US)

Important Information

Please don't attempt to create a new account when you have lost your login details. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited according to the DraftKings Terms of Use and may result in the restriction or closure of your account.

If you have a new phone number and would like to change the one associated with your DraftKings account, you can edit the phone number on your account from your account settings. 

Edit phone number on Sportsbook & Casino mobile apps?

1. Login to the DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino mobile app.
2. Tap on the profile icon at the top left.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Login Security Preferences.
5. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you may be prompted to verify your identity at this step.
6. Select Edit Number and enter your updated phone number.
7. Select Save Number.
8. Verify your phone number by entering the code sent to your new phone number.

Edit phone number on Daily Fantasy mobile app?

1. Login to the DraftKings Daily Fantasy mobile app.
2. Tap on the profile icon at the top left.
3. Select Login & Security.
4. Select Edit Number and enter your updated phone number.
5. Select Save Number.
6. Verify your phone number by entering the code sent to your new phone number.

Edit phone number on Sportsbook, Daily Fantasy, and Casino desktop device?

1. Open the DraftKings Daily Fantasy, Sportsbook or Casino website on a desktop device.
2. Click on your account username at the top right.
3. Select Account Information.
4. Select Login & Security.
5. Select Edit Number and enter your updated phone number.
6. Select Save Number.
7. Verify your phone number by entering the code sent to your new phone number.

 

If you are unable to update the information yourself, you can contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team for assistance. Please read the information below prior to submitting your request.

Request a phone number change:

1. Contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team with your request.
   • Be sure to include your old phone number and new phone number in the request.
   • Please explain the reason for needing to change your phone number.
2. Our team will take the steps to verify your new phone number and may reach out to you to request personally identifying information and/or documentation.
   • This verification process is intended to maintain your protection while we verify your identity, and ensure that only you can change your phone number.
   • While we verify your phone number, your account may be temporarily restricted.

3. After your identifying information has been reviewed and your phone number has been successfully updated, you'll receive a confirmation email from one of our team members.

Be aware that if you reside in a state that requires two-factor authentication, you may need to re-enable two-factor authentication after changing the phone number on your DraftKings account.
