If you’re experiencing a geolocation issue when trying to access DraftKings Marketplace from mobile web, we recommend turn location permission on/off for your browser.
How to fix a mobile web geolocation issue on an iOS device
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Privacy then tap Location Services.
- Scroll down and tap Safari or Google, depending on what you’re using to access DraftKings.

Below Allow Location Access, tap one of the following:
- While Using the App
- Always

On your iPhone or iPad, open one of the following:

Safari app and navigate to DraftKings Marketplace.
- Tap the AA next to the lock icon in the address bar.
- Tap Website Settings and tap Location.

Below Location, tap one of the following:
- Ask
- Allow
- Tap Done.

Google/Chrome app and navigate to DraftKings Marketplace.
- Tap your profile photo in the top left corner.
- Tap the gear Settings icon and tap Privacy and Security.
- Tap Location.

Tap Location and below Allow Location Access, tap one of the following:
- While Using the App
- Always

Safari app and navigate to DraftKings Marketplace.
How to fix a mobile web geolocation issue on an Android device 10 and up
- On your Android device, tap the gear Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Location then tap App permissions.
- Scroll down and tap Chrome or Google, depending on what you’re using to access DraftKings.

Below Location Access for this App, select one of the following:
- Allow all the time
- Allow only while using the app
- Ask every time
- On your Android phone or tablet, open your browser app and navigate to DraftKings Marketplace.
- Tap the three-dot More icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Settings and tap Site settings
- Tap Location and tap On or Off.
