Are all NFTs eligible for resale on the secondary market? (US)

No, not all Marketplace NFTs are eligible for secondary sale on DraftKings Marketplace. 

Eligibility of a Marketplace NFT for secondary sale may be restricted based upon, but not limited to: 

• Marketplace NFT supplier
• Marketplace NFT collection
• Distribution method of the Marketplace NFT (e.g. Marketplace NFTs distributed through a free giveaway).

Any restrictions on an NFT’s eligibility for secondary sale will be noted on the purchase or bid confirmation page of such Marketplace NFT and/or on the Marketplace NFT’s details page.

Note: When using DraftKings Marketplace, you acknowledge and agree that DraftKings has sole discretion to determine which Marketplace NFTs are eligible to be listed, bought, and sold through secondary sales on the DraftKings Marketplace.
