Steps to link your Wallet to your DraftKings account
- Go to your portfolio to begin linking your Web3 wallet to your DraftKings account.
- Once on your portfolio, you can tap the Web3 wallet icon on your portfolio and select Link.
- Alternatively, you can link your Web3 wallet by initiating a withdrawal request, outlined in a separate section below.
- After selecting Link, the experience may differ depending on your device type.
- If you are viewing the website through your browser on a desktop computer, you will be presented with the option to link your wallet using MetaMask. On desktop devices, currently, you can only connect a MetaMask wallet.
- If you are viewing the website through your browser on a mobile device, you will be presented with the option to link your wallet using WalletConnect.
- To proceed on a desktop device, select MetaMask. To proceed on a mobile device, select WalletConnect and choose your preferred Web3 wallet.
- In order to link your Web3 wallet, your Web3 wallet must be connected to the Polygon Mainnet.
- If you do not have the Polygon Mainnet network installed on your wallet, you will need to install it.
- If you are using MetaMask on a desktop device, you will be prompted to add Polygon Mainnet automatically.
- If you are not prompted automatically, you will need to manually install the Polygon Mainnet on your Web3 wallet.
- After ensuring that your Web3 wallet is connected to Polygon Mainnet and selecting Link, your Web3 wallet will ask if you would like to connect to this site. Select Connect to continue.
- Depending on your device type, you may need to manually navigate back to the browser displaying DraftKings Marketplace.

What Web3 wallets can I link to my DraftKings account?
Currently, DraftKings Marketplace allows customers to connect any MetaMask wallet or WalletConnect compatible Web3 wallet.
- On desktop you can connect only MetaMask wallets.
- On mobile devices, you can connect only through WalletConnect.
What is the difference between linking a wallet and connecting a wallet?
“Linking” allows you to see your DraftKings supported NFTs in your portfolio and initiate withdrawals from your DraftKings account to your Web3 wallet. Users only have to link a wallet one time, and that association will persist. However, you must “connect” your wallet to initiate a deposit from your Web3 wallet into your DraftKings account. Connecting a Web3 wallet enables DraftKings Marketplace to request actions from your Web3 wallet. DraftKings will prompt the wallet connection flow for you whenever you initiate a deposit.
Will I be able to unlink or disconnect my Web3 wallet from DraftKings Marketplace?
Yes, you will be able to unlink and disconnect your Web3 wallet from the DraftKings Marketplace. To unlink your Web3 wallet click the unlink button from the connected wallet icon on your Portfolio page. To disconnect your Web3 wallet, please disconnect via your MetaMask account. Note, unlinking your Web3 wallet address on DraftKings does not also disconnect your Web3 wallet, and disconnecting your Web3 wallet does not unlink your Web3 wallet. You must both unlink and disconnect separately.
Will I be able to link a Web3 wallet if I am viewing Marketplace from within a DraftKings mobile app (Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Casino)?
No. Connecting a Web3 wallet is not permitted from within our other DraftKings apps. To link your Web3 wallet, please visit maketplace.draftkings.com on your mobile browser or desktop.
Can I link multiple Web3 wallets to my DraftKings account at the same time?
No. You can only have one Web3 wallet linked to your DraftKings account at a time. If you wish to change the wallet linked to your DraftKings account, you can do so from your DraftKings Marketplace portfolio page.
Does DraftKings provide any support for Web3 wallet software?
No. Web3 wallet software is provided by third parties that are not related to DraftKings. DraftKings is not able to provide support for any issues you may have in regard to your Web3 wallet software.
Can I link my wallet through the MetaMask app?
Users may encounter an inconsistent experience when trying to link their wallet through the MetaMask app, especially on iOS devices. To ensure a successful linking experience, please visit maketplace.draftkings.com on your mobile browser or desktop.
