How do I contact DraftKings Customer Support? (US)

Submit a request

For the fastest help, we recommend contacting the DraftKings Customer Support team via support request. 

To submit a help request: 

1. Navigate to the DraftKings Help Center. 
   • Note: Many customer questions can be solved by reviewing articles available in the Help Center. 
2. Click Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter all requested information and click Submit. 

Live chat

Live chat is also often available and is accessible by clicking Support on the Help Center homepage. If live chat isn’t available, you’ll only see the option to Leave a message.

To live chat:

1. Navigate to the DraftKings Help Center.
2. Click Support in the bottom right corner. 
3. Enter a search term related to your issue. 
4. Click Get in touch. 
5. Click Live chat.
