The card I used to deposit expired. Can I use a different one for withdrawal? (US)

What if my card expired, or I got a new card?

If your card number is different but the account number from the issuing bank/credit provider is unchanged, then eligible refunds can still be refunded to the card. Typically, the account number remains the same when credit card numbers change, but this is not always the case. If the account number has changed, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team prior to proceeding with your withdrawal request to assure the funds arrive to you as expected once processing is completed. 

What if I no longer have access to my card?

If you no longer have access to a card used to make a prior deposit, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team before proceeding with your withdrawal request.
